Girl and Guitar With Peace

The sound of Peace in this fine art lithograph, simply a girl and her guitar playing sounds of peace and freedom surrounded by the word “Peace” in four different languages.  The bright vivid reds contrast the rich blue hues. Featuring a women adorned in the style of the many ethnic cultures that make up Israel.

The Awret’s works has been exhibited in museums, galleries and private collections worldwide. These posters were given to the Egyptian delegation by the Israeli government on President Sadat’s peace mission to Jerusalem. These peace posters appeared 3 times on television as part of the news; they made history besides being of artistic value and are now hanging in the White House.
